The Barossa is one of the world’s great food and wine regions and we invite you to join us as we prepare a delicious meal that celebrates why we choose to live here. With a maximum of only six people per class, you will enjoy a genuine hands on cooking experience while preparing between five and seven recipes to be consumed as a shared table in the comfort of the Kitchen Studio or in our garden, in the shade of an ancient Pear Tree (weather permitting).
To start the class, you will prepare from scratch real handmade bread and help turn fresh dairy cream into butter. You will also master valuable pastry skills while making a seasonal fruit dessert, before learning the secrets to our take on a classic Barossa meat or poultry dish, and of course no meal would be complete without a couple of vegetable side dishes or salads.
What is guaranteed is that in addition to spending four, fun filled hours creating special food memories of your time in the Barossa, you will take home a wealth of new found kitchen skills and confidence.
